MISSION STATEMENT:

BDC serves the Texas OEM Community on behalf of McLaughlin Metals/Leggett & Platt Wire and Tubing operations. Also, via Purchase Partners, we hope to become a valued Material Management and Integrated Supply Partner, Stocking Distributor of USA products, and Direct Importer of essential materials to the Texas OEM Community. Our goal will be to meet each clients\' component and small parts needs and to provide any/all uniquely packaged, assembled or fabricated components as they might require.

Lastly, we will strive to meet and/or exceed our customers wire and tubing purchase requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.

Since mid-2007, BDC has represented Paradigm Partners LP, a Houston based R&D Tax Credit Consulting Firm focused on the Tx OEM Community. Paradigm Partners utilizes their expertise in Federal and State Tax Law to assist small to medium sized manufacturer recover dollars spent in product/process improvements that rightly would be recognized as R&D expenses by today\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s standards.
